Entrepreneurs Unlocked CIC has been chosen to provide its services to five prisons; HMP Liverpool, Thorn Cross, Risley, Hindley, and Buckley Hall. To enable budding entrepreneurs to explore their self-employment options and to understand how to earn a legitimate income post-release.

What Will Entrepreneurs Unlocked Provide?

Entrepreneurs Unlocked will provide a range of workshops and coaching sessions to enable participants to develop their ideas and consider a career as a self-employed subcontractor in the booming construction sector if this work interests them.

It is anticipated that demand for the workshops will be high, with many people already expressing an interest in utilising their skills and talents. This pathway can enable them to look forward and not be held back by a lack of employment opportunities upon release.

This service will be provided in custody. For those released, Entrepreneurs Unlocked support can continue to work with and assist people in setting up as self-employed and starting trading.
